选购了一台饲料混合机，如果不能正确使用的话，不但会缩短饲料加工设备的使用寿命，而且也会影响工作效率，导致事倍功半。
1、饲料加工设备长期作业，应固定在水泥基础上。

2、饲料加工设备安装完后要检查各部紧固件的紧固情况，若有松动须予以拧紧。

3、要检查皮带松紧度是否合适，电动机轴和粉碎机轴是否平行，饲料加工设备的粉碎机启动前，先用手转动转子，检查一下齿爪、锤片及转子运转是否灵活可靠，壳内有无碰撞现象，转子的旋向是否与机上箭头所指方向一致，电机与粉粹机润滑是否良好。

4、不要随便更换饲料加工设备的皮带轮，以防转速过高使粉碎室产生爆炸，或转速太低影响工作效率，饲料加工设备启动后先空转2-3分钟，没有异常现象后再投料工作。

5、工作中要随时注意饲料加工设备的运转情况，送料要均匀，以防阻塞闷车，不要长时间超负荷运转。若发现有振动、杂音、轴承与机体温度过高、向外喷料等现象，应立即停车检查，排除故障后方可继续工作。
